Yeah, for me the effect is 100% throughout the body when it does happen but the similarity to your description is enough to make me bring it up. Obviously I'm not a medical professional etc etc but it could be useful to your medical professional

So when I end up in a state where a limb/whole body *wants* to shake/move, that’s generally akathisia which I get from certain brain med types I take for OCD, and I control that side effect with cogentin (generic is benztropine). Might be worth looking into.

I don’t gotta hand it to them (one never does) but they do understand that their project of legitimizing ethnostates in the public mind is best served short-term by temporarily tolerating and even praising those Evil Cultures Who They Hate and Will Murderously Stamp Out Once They Get Enough Power.
