The Marquis de Lafayette gifted the key to the Bastille to George Washington in 1790. It symbolized a "token of victory by Liberty over Despotism”. Washington treasured this key, and it remained in the mansion after his death.
Can people with the appropriate knowledge and background please start a Program 2026? Like right now? And follow it with a Plan to Restore Sanity 2028?

State Dept’s budget is being slashed. Fulbright scholarships are on the chopping block. What about Peace Corps and Americorps? What about other cultural exchange programs?

They assume we will forget about this and/or the vast majority won’t link health consequences down the line to these cuts. Plus probably fewer scientists left to publish morbidity/mortality data.

There are people who are missing teeth and don’t have dentures/don’t wear them. Survivors of oral cancers missing parts of their throat/tongue. Stroke survivors. Etc. All this affects speech. How are our seniors with speech impairments supposed to be understood by AI?

If approximately 1 in 1000 measles cases result in death, there are more than the 150 cases being reported. Many, many more.

Not to mention that measles basically wipes out your immune system’s memory. This “amnesia” means your body is now susceptible to other pathogens that it had previously created immunity to.
