Just to illustrate the insanity of #type1diabetes, this is what I woke up to today. Using connected tech. No, I don’t sleep-eat. Nothing unusual at bedtime. Chalking it up to #T1D gremlins. 😈😑

There is a huge difference between "chronic fatigue" and the illness widely known as "myalgic encephalomyelitis," or "ME." In the US the compromise term is "ME/CFS," but many prefer to just eliminate the "chronic fatigue" part altogether, to minimize confusion. #MECFS
