The last two weeks have been very rewarding. I have discovered that student empowerment is that I am here for. Seeing them growing in confidence is priceless.

I haven't introduced myself. I am a Colombian geologist and hydrogeologist. I teach in a trial college in Northern Minnesota. Besides my love for science I am always working to support underrepresented students in STEM and promote cultural awareness and exchange.
