the only email i've received back gave me a fix....which didn't solve the problem at all.
PLUS the official cord provided with the device has stopped working, so i have to use a third party one 😬

really not happy with my experience buying a tourbox lite.
i ordered on september 5th but it just arrived yesterday
immediately out of the box, the thing didn't work.
reaching out to support has been a total nightmare, including the insta account flat out accusing me of buying it through taobao???

i've had this digital sketch prepared for a couple months now but i wasn't sure how i wanted to finish it...ended up slapping a base painting onto it using acrylic paint, then refining the colors with my new ohuhu acrylic markers!
