The NYC graph is just staggering. As stated in the post, Manhattan used to have SEVEN House members (it now has 2.5).
chart from 1961 NYC showing the following for each borough: present zoned capacity, 1957 population, 1975 population estimate, and proposed zone capacity. each borough had MUCH more present zoned capacity than the 1957 population. but NYC decided to downzone to just above the 1975 population estimate. separate graph of NYC as a whole shows present zoned capacity of 55.65 million (!) and proposed zoned capacity of 11.83 million, effectively limiting the city to 11.83 million residents for decades to come.

The unnamed retailer is Walmart, sources familiar with the matter told CNBC. Pepsi denied the allegations and called the lawsuit partisan.
