Sounds like my son; fractured his arm at a Friday night youth group thing. Stayed at his grandma’s & slept all night with no problem.
Texted me & his stepdad at about 11am the next day & casually mentioned his arm ‘was a bit sore’ - we immediately picked him up & rushed to hospital. 1/
