I love photographing dancers from the Tulsa Ballet. They are highly technical dancers and have beautiful lines, so it makes my job super easy because every shot is pretty much perfect

Been pretty depressed past couple of weeks but feeling gratitude to be among many amazing Indigenous professionals at AISES this week. I’m a part of the Rematriation program which brings Native women in STEM together. It can be so lonely being the only nativer person in many of these places

My friend Jackie passed recently after a sudden and fast turn in her fight with cancer. She had such a big heart and was so kind. The past month I set aside much of myself to care for her, and now I’m working on recovering too while coping with loss. Cancer sucks, and life is quite simply, not fair
