Huzzah! I still have to work on boiling water when thinking. I'm afraid my 15 watt brain is far too efficient.

And you're not the same instance of you that lived those experiences. You were actually born last thursday. No your protest against that isn't reasonable 😊

I can only guess what randomware means but it sounds mean :(

Would it be an AG...I see what you did there

This is yet another thing that makes me feel like the stigma around AI is unhelpful - not that I think it should be glorified either. I just think it's not going away and all stigma does is encourage the striving to hide its use like that. Tells beyond the em dash? Definitely. For now.

Ope I copied your 100% on accident 😶
November 15, 2025 at 5:01 PM
100% and I imagine it would very quickly lose any utility it had in the first place - I use hyphens all the time. How long would it take for that to count as an em dash?

This is my take and I'm generally a lot less critical of AI as a tool separate from capitalist companies looking to make a quick buck. It's been used in CT scans since the 90s, particle physics, protein folding, etc. It has good applications in proper scenarios. This ain't it.

Hey that's unfair to the guys doing the copying and pasting - I'm sure they're capable enough not to just paste the exact same response it gave before but this time to a completely unrelated prompt.

💯 and I actually got some good evidence based on what you told us to do. Wtf is this s#@%!? Rude is completely hidden for me but intolerance is only a *warn*?
November 5, 2025 at 7:14 AM
Oh I don't doubt this at all - I'm just not a fan of the idea of seeing a slew of hate speech interspersed with the wrongly categorized content I want to see. Definitely a Bluesky administrative issue and obligation - not ours. I just saw the immediate risk in regards to that flag and wanted to note
November 5, 2025 at 7:00 AM
Okay unhiding rude classifications I can get behind but peeking behind the intolerance ones only brings psychic damage to mind 😰

I'm sorry but are they implying that the decision to pull was based solely on the article from @erininthemorning.com and @transvestigations.bsky.social ? That the ACCME isn't actually investigating in good faith? That the WSU had no control in the videos being pulled within one hour?

Is there any sense of how far those writings were removed temporarily? Because "God flattened a city, what the hell did they do!?" seems like a historian's version of a back of the envelope calculation. Even if not an actual account, I'm sure they could make reasonable speculations of possibilities.

I can't believe I had to scroll as far as I did to find someone on the same page as me and your username is "hemantoysinmyass" 🫡

There's no gray area about it. The only two things that warrant disclosure in my book are age and STD status. Anything beyond that and consent is consent. Say a man wants children and a woman is knowingly deceptive about (in)fertility. Unethical? Yes. Illegal? Shouldn't be imo.

Sorry I misread this at first and thought we weren't on the same page about what I suggested. There's also HMAC which I know a lot less about, but anything is better than plaintext. Preferably don't leave it stored at all after "deletion" but whatever.

That's why I said to store the nonce separately - preferably cryptographically such that only serverside can easily retrieve it. But even in plaintext, with every entry having a different nonce hashing what you're looking for over all nonces in the base would be cumbersome.
