Building 70 units is great for the future, but families are struggling right now. The government could help immediately with rental subsidies, temporary housing, faster access to vacant units, and streamlining waitlists. Action > promises.

Roundtables and slogans about “what the world wants” are nice — but local clinics still haven’t even posted the jobs promised with the funding. Results matter more than messaging.

So taxes are cut on multi units only? What about a family building a home. To they get the same benefit? And what do you mean by housing “starts”. Are these finished homes?
