Glad to see the Mayor calling this out. Residents shouldn't be left in the dark (and cold) for days while the utility company holds separate press conferences. Communication and infrastructure clearly need a major overhaul.

Saying you're 'not satisfied' is a start, but what’s the plan to make sure this doesn't happen next winter? We need more than frustration; we need a resilient grid.
