Quiet walk at #BushyPark today. Felt a deep sense of sadness looking at the deer and wondering how many were living their last day(s) with the start of the cull which starts from today for 6 weeks. I won't visit again until it's over. Have a lovely evening everyone 🕊️🌱💚🦌

Amazing day at #BushyPark.Bellowing stags around,horn locking rutting. We walked by a small group when the stag (bellowing in the photo) broke away & walked up close & personal behind me & one of our dogs.He was inches from me - I was very aware of him. No ear licking this time🥰

We're officially crazy & had a picnic in #BushyPark this morning. Amazing listening to bellowing stags, with deer trotting round everywhere. I know my girls won't chase but the deer don't, so careful to keep a respectful distance. Such a privilege to share their home with them🦌

Peek a boo, I can see you!! Deer peeping through the bracken this morning.Lovely memories of walking through Bushy Park with my dad. He used to enjoy playing "spot the coat hangers" as the deer popped their heads up. Perfect weather today. Hope you're day is a happy one 🕊️🌱☕🍪

We just got out of the car at Bushy Park when the heavens opened. Lovely walk anyway. So many young deer coming really close - not just in herds, many lone deer just walking and running around. Have a peaceful evening 🕊️🌱🌟💫

Lovely being back in #BushyPark now dog restrictions are lifted. So many beautiful young deer. A group of Fallow deer jumped out of bracken in front of us & our 2 Goldens immediately sat down & watched them go. Such good girls🥰🥰 Rewarded with treats when we had coffees! 🕊️🌱💚

Lovely #vegan afternoon tea at Heather Farm, Surrey Wetlands, where dogs are very welcome, as it should be. Dog watering station, washing station, doggie ice cream, sausages and puppacinos. Friendly staff and, to be honest, I'm stuffed 🤗😋Have a lovely evening. 🕊️🌱🙃
