Amazingly, it has its own codepoint in Unicode (013F Ŀ 0140 ŀ) - which you are not supposed to use! You just put MIDDLE DOT · after l instead. It's for compatibility with earlier standards; for this reason Unicode has more unhinged things, like literal "ij" (not to be confused with i+j).
