4th gen synchrotrons’ capabilities for ptychographic imaging of biological soft tissue is next level crazy. Insane symposium so far at @thecrick

Makes me wonder what will become of 3rd gen researchers and those who do correlative imaging.

DeMBA (Developmental Mouse Brain Atlas) has now been added to BrainGlobe!

This includes every developmental stage from P4 to P56. Each of these 53 atlases includes MRI, LSFM and STPT templates.

The BrainGlobe track started with an introduction to image analysis with @napari.org, and then tutorials on how to use @brainglobe.info to register data to atlases, and how to detect cells in whole-brain microscopy images.

Putting this RTX4090 to work 🥵 Segmentations ✅ Now on to the analysis! Computing anisotropic measurements and volume fractions for this ROI. Interesting to visualise the spatial distribution using mathematics. @georgramm.bsky.social exciting things happening here in Malaysia 🇲🇾
