It wouldn't surprise me if they had! That reveal of the 'updated' characters was just funny, they look worse than the previous version! It's like it's gone from pretty good graphics for 2000, to badly done graphics from 2003. Technically "higher quality" but not in a way that actually works well.

I haven't played the first one yet! Not sure if i'd try and play it as original, or go for the remaster though...

Played the 2nd one years ago (in coop) and it was great, will have to play it again at some point
