Hi. I just bought the latest Mudd's Bundle and got 100 keys to open, hoping 100 keys would be enough to get a T6 Infinity Ship Prize. I did not get one. Then I spent another £40 to get 150 keys total - £95 spent and no ship. Can you explain how this can be acceptable in this cost of living crisis?

A while back, Counselor Sunna promised to do a live stream to introduce herself and the team and share their plans for STO moving forward and interact with the fan base. Is this still happening as it's been more than 6 months and it would be nice to meet her and the team

Add more Star Trek minigames to each zone instead of just fighting stuff. For example, the First Contact daily where we built a model rocket was fun and easy to do. Add more things like this to the Zones.
Secondly, make it more worth the effort of going there, for example unique rewards and loot.
