Safety isn't felt in smooth sidewalks, landscaped yards or how well a street is lit, but in the community and respect people show each other on a daily basis.

It's funny because all venues here go from midnight - 6am with alcohol sales all night & pretty lax security. EDM clubs are "underground" LITERALLY in an underpass hallway under the street. When you mention "underground" parties here it is very lost in translation.
