Yeah I force a smile sometimes but idk it hurts my face to force it.

can't fire me cause I don't act social with a customer, I'm a cart Attendant so i shouldn't have to interact with customers unless I'm put on drive up or register, I do smile and nod but that's the extent of my social ability unless they specifically talk to me and ask me for help or something
