There’s an ADHD content creator who wrote a song called Beverage Goblin. It starts “A beverage goblin needs at least three drinks at a time, she needs them when she’s working for her body and mind,” and every morning as I walk upstairs to my office, balancing three or four cups, I hum it to myself.

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)
