On the nights she DOES happen to sleep somewhat well, she is in those silk sheets and exhausted from fun time with her hubby, hot tea (or coco) on the nightstand, soft silky nightgown, she's taken a LOOOOOONG hot bath... just the most relaxed she can possibly make herself.
