I hope to learn some tricks in how to tackle this, because at the moment it's so incredibly difficult to make any sort of productive progress. It feels like climbing a mountain.

I'm really sorry to hear that, that can't all be easy to go through!

Fellow perfectionist here, but I've somehow lost touch with it the last few years. I think I've just stopped caring? Like, I can barely start or finish anything these days, so it's out of reach anyway, if that makes sense?

The healthcare system here is severely overloaded, and fragmented. Health insurance is mandatory but there are so many different insurance companies, and they limit which clinics you can go to as clinics are only contracted with some of them.

Do you see a big change in yourself now, vs before?

For me, the penny dropped when I spoke to a friend a few weeks ago about her experience and her diagnosis. She has the combined type. Listening to her was eye-opening, and the more I read into it the more it felt like this could be applicable.

Hahah yes, quite the coincidence!

The waiting list is about 6 weeks for the intake, and then another 6 weeks itself for the start of the assessment. I got lucky, the others places were rocking between 45 and 60 weeks of waiting time.
