Mostly just learning now it works. Some stuff is not that well explained yet.
But IMO it's a lot easier if you have someone to guide you.

Cheap apprentices. IMO it has likely cost the company more than just paying a higher wage to the 2 skilled designers.

I mean this has been mentioned in our weekly meetings like 4 Times now...

This is 100% impacting performance.

Though the company also has no real way of punishing the offenders as they have learners protection.

I whish they hadn't let go of the 2 other skilled Designers and replace them with

3/3 when you are in a flow state.
This advice has been ignored...

I'm getting sick of digging through our hundreds of templates and Snippeds to find the section that was used.

(Sorry for the vent. Had to get this out of my system)

2/x This makes the job for the person that has to implement the design as a website way easier as they can also use the code snipped to save time and nerves.

I have even shared methodology on how to keep track of what was used, as I know that that kind of information quickly gets lost...

Btw this was super easy to setup.
1. Import Model
2. Paste YT video into Resonite
3. Grab the video playback percentage and use that to move the mesh
4. Apply a Mesh slicer onto the mesh and have that stay in place

I might also start posting more stuff from Resonite once my new microphone arrives. That will hopefully drastically improve my content creation quality and process.

Tried it and works very well. Though I'm unsure if I found all the actions... Found creating dyn fields and dynvar for Values and format driver, though idk how I triggers that one...
