Overall I am reasonably impressed and intrigued by Sembo's style of blind box buildable figures, as while they're clearly aping off of Blokees they're not just copying their homework 1-to-1. However, if Blue Cop is anything to go by, there is room for improvement if they truly want to compete.

Finally, Blue Cop himself
• He looks great!
• The plastic used is somewhat lighter and more grainy to the touch than that of Blokees
• His joints are all perfectly tight
• His articulation is a mixed bag, having an ab crunch and super mobile shoulders, but limited bicep and thigh swivels

Here's something a bit different, a set of the Blokees-esque buildable Metal Cardbot figures from Sembo Block! This set is similar in spirit to the X Yearly Version Golden Lagoon sets from Blokees, being a selection of figures from the first wave of blind boxes with special redecos. Exciting stuff!

I bought four blind boxes from GAME this time, and I managed to pull the chase version of Dino Grimlock from Galaxy Version 2! I also got my second duplicate of GV3 Sideswipe (lol), GV4 Ultra Magnus and SV1 Acid Storm!

I fuuuucking hate this image - Aside from his lame superiority complex, the weird hangup this guy has about the Funko dude being in the photo with his collection, as if that isn't a very common thing collectors and reviewers from various hobbies (including Gunpla) do, really rubs me the wrong way

I built another Blokees zord from Super Sentai Galaxy Version 2, Kyoryuger! A really nicely executed and constructed figure of a really eye-catching and fun design - I am particularly smitten with the big dino head on his right shoulder! Yet another fantastic zord from Blokees, can't wait for more!

Tonight I built the exclusive clear version of Tarantula Knight/God Tarantula from Blokees Super Sentai Galaxy Version 1, which was a special separate release. While missing the vast majority of the paint and printing the regular release had, these pearlescent clear parts look very pretty!
