Who says we can't care about both? Every man has a mother. Abortion rights are critical to women cause it's personal, but plenty of men care a ton about women's right to choose.
If we ignore men, we lose half the population. Everyone working together makes our coalitions stronger.

Is there a better pulse oximeter on the market or in the pipeline? As far as I know, it's a fundamental physics limitation with the wavelengths used. Darker skin = more light absorbed.
