I'm still quite surprised that Medellín opted to import Chinese BRT buses instead of building them locally in Colombia, where Hino, Marcopolo and Busscar have plenty of factories and products similar to these ones

Is hard to defend the metro when your average rush your experience is late trains, suffocating crowds, waiting an hour just to get in a crowded train where you will be shoved and thrown around.
