Film No. 2

A budget range of Black & White film.

I chose this film to continue the second test with black and white, and for the sole purpose that it came in this metal tin.

Light reflecting on my Bell Collection

Normal development

It was an assignment in my first semester of college to bring in an object and study how light falls and reflects off of it. I brought in a bell that day too.

I've noticed this irrigation arrangement lining the road for a while, but I never stopped. I'm glad I did this time; the symmetry is striking.

We celebrated my mom's birthday, so I used the green dye again because of the magenta hue I now know will be apparent in the final image.

Developer mixed into club soda instead of water

The club soda completely striped the emulsion from the film strip. No images survived.

This marks a shift in this year's objective from experimentation to documentation.

My Great Dane.

Added 1 cap full of green RIT dye

I chose green because I expected to then have green tinged final photos. The negative was green, but the scanned image is then inverted positive. Therefore, green negative = magenta positive image
