Principal Eng at ForeFlight. From MO, but somehow I've lived half my life in Texas.
Have had two of these at home for about that same amount of time. That with an electric kettle with a temp selector and a decent burr grinder => Two perfect cups of coffee ready to go in less than 5 minutes with near zero clean up.

I kinda have LD at the top of my ST list. Just so nice to expand that universe in ways that would have cost too much for live action. Prodigy did this too.

Love the crew. And I really liked what they did with the Klingons.

But yeah some times the writing was not great.

Still enjoyed it more than Enterprise. Which was ok.

Not xcode. Third party app stores. OSX already has a framework for containers with a hidden linux vm. This is making that super lightweight so you can have one per container.

Someone once said something about a log vs a splinter. Or something

More than the current docker support? Still waiting for downloads.

Not to mention the markets Monday morning. That seems to be the primary motivation of trump.

Even miller might finally find out who number one looks out for first

Guess we know where all those crypto investments are coming from
May 31, 2025 at 12:29 AM
That would be something to see though!
May 29, 2025 at 1:21 PM
They absolutely did not.

With it, without him as a distraction.

Spacex is doing this development in the open with a rapid build and fly cycle. Like I said they can blow up 20 starships and still be a billion under one SLS demo flight.

That Elon is the face for a why they are getting all this hate. I very much wish he would extract himself so they can get on
May 28, 2025 at 8:13 PM
It’s a development program. There will be all sorts of failures. The amount of bad takes is also expected but dumb.

You realize NASA contracts out to private enterprise for all its rockets right? The boondoggles like the shuttle, SLS and Orion are hugely expensive and inefficient.
May 28, 2025 at 8:09 PM
F9 flies twice a week with reused boosters. No one else in the industry is even close to that.

Dragon 2 has flown a couple of dozen times.

Elon sucks ass for sure. Too bad that overshadows the success of space x.
May 28, 2025 at 6:25 PM
The space shuttle was a gigantic waste of resources. Elon is the worst but space x has proven itself to be way way cheaper than nasa could ever be.
May 28, 2025 at 5:47 PM
The first three has soft landings in the Indian Ocean even with significant burn though on the flaps.
May 28, 2025 at 5:45 PM
So they can blow up 20 of them and still be a billion cheaper than one SLS launch.

The garbage hit takes about spacex are something else. And eff Elon for sure.
May 28, 2025 at 5:43 PM
Every time I think Seth rogans character in the studio couldn’t possibly be that dumb at that level I remind myself that they threw 40 years of top tier branding into the toilet with the Max bs.

Investors can make more money converting single to multi in highly sought after areas. The change in zoning is what allows that.

We’ve seen this in central austin. And my neighbors are not happy about it.

The incentive for higher density is there. The laws need to be changed to unlock it.
