I’ve been going weekly for the last few months and sometimes even 2x a week. It’s been for hip and neck pain but lately for stress and anxiety relief. It works!

My dad made us turn off the water to the washer if it wasn’t being use. Years later when my own washer hose broke, pouring water all over my laundry room, my dad had a great “told you this would happen” at my expense!

I just went to sign in to my accounts and now they want you to pay! Really? I believe I’ve blocked them all months ago.

Makes sense to me. I love the smell of toasting cumin seeds.
