This week I ran for 20 minutes solid. I’m possibly a leetle smug. Possibly the first time I have ever done this? Altho I did vaguely like long distance in a ‘least awful part of PE lessons’ kind of way.

I just looked at the amount I post here - and decided that in some other universe or plane of existence there is a feed with all the things I mean to post and then don’t
