Ich verstehe die Überlegung schon, dass z.b. Blockrandbebauungen mehr Gemeinschaftsgefühl haben wegen gemeinsamen Innenhof oder dass neben Wohnraum auch anderes entstehen muss, damit ein Quartier "lebt".
Ich denke auch, dass es städtebaulich interessanter ist, wenn die Architektur vielfältig ist.

Ich bin sogar mit vielem einverstanden, aber es hat immer so aber dieser Anti-Hochhaus-Groove dünkt mich immer so ein bisschen altbacken.
