Really I was so confused listening to the file 🥲 I wonder how the conversation will flow now that I've sent feedback with a lot of "revert this pls" ??? Why do that in the first place if your client tells you this is fine don't touch it?

These do not sound better aside from requested corrections (one of which wasn't done) like why give yourself more work and give it a vision I don't want and lesser musically interesting direction?
