The MinnowBoard Max has a USB3 port and so this board should be able to replace my original setup with minimal change. Being Intel Atom based also means easier with ready-made distros. Gentoo is fun, but this thing should just get on with it.

Yes, these will go in my cameras. And no, I too wouldn't even trust them with retaining a drinks order. The whole point of having memory cards in the camera at all is to make it shut up about its absence. It exists to be there, not to be used.
