So Chara made a 3rd Mini kit. I can see what he's going for but Booyah isn't quite the right special for Mini. I could see it working for the short range even Jet Squelcher with this kit. Imo there will be better specials for "x" weapon than Booyah unless if the weapon is slow

How much better would Vac be if given these buffs. Most of the complaints I see with Vac is how clunky the special feels, a cancelable shot wouldn't fix that complaint. This actually encourages people to stay in the Vacuum mode for longer instead of people neglecting half of the special.
