I remember Cura being a pain in the butt when it comes to profile compatibility. I had a similar issue which I seem to recall I had to go into the configuration folder and change stuff manually in either the printer or profile file, not really easy. I changed to Orca slicer a while back now.

Hmm, yeah they must have changed something, I remember there being a nozzle size under the extruder section here. You seem to have the right thing selected though based on the other reply. Are there no profiles showing up at all with the 0.8mm option selected?
