Just recently, I thought I was being clever by using Summon Celestial and placing the celestial archer behind the big enemy we were fighting. Next turn, the reinforcements showed up standing right next to it and mowed it down lol, my poor precious 5th level spell slot.

I'm already planning an escort quest. The party will need to figure out HOW to transport him (he's not walking!) and then I sure hope they don't get ambushed and need to defend him! I mean, he'll help, just don't stand in the path of his breath weapon... 😂
