I think you're probably right, but under Trump the USA is becoming less relevant and having insisted NATO members up their defence spending, I think more countries will now be less interested and concerned with what the USA thinks and feels.

I still find it baffling how a country whose people were persecuted during the holocaust are themselves doing the same thing now to the people of Gaza.
It won't be long before one or more countries surrounding Israel pay them back in kind! They'll have zero friends then too.

Totally agree with Iain. Any asylum seeker or immigrant that commits a crime in their first 5 years should be immediately deported. There's enough criminal scum in the UK without letting more in. If you aren't prepared to abide by our laws, then you're not welcome here.
