We took E to Sherwood Forest Faire this weekend, and they completely blossomed and stepped outside of their comforting asocial bubble for the entire day - joyfully engaging with random people, letting a giant bird perch on their arm, feeling free enough to be who they are. My cup runneth over. <3

One of my most favorite things is spending time in the kitchen with Sir Robin.

This evening we made chicken marsala and potage Crécy, along with toasted Baguette topped with tomatoes, fresh mozarella, basil, neapolitan balsamic, and garlic olive oil.

D&D is giving me life, these days.

Robin and I took E to the Houston aquarium on Saturday, to give our brains a break from the madness happening around us. We grabbed dinner, then wandered around the city to take in all the murals. We laughed, talked, and just spent time being with the ones we love most. Smashing success. ❤️

I NEEDED this, today.

We made air fried fish for dinner today, with sliced bread & an herb/oil blend to dip it in *chef kiss*. I shared E's fish/baguette sammich with my brother.
He replied "what is that happening next to the pasta? Is that quinoa?".

The rest is the silliness that ensued. 🥰❤️

My Kick Safe game is improving. Both times Robin missed his shot on the 1 ball and got himself a point. 😀🥳

I need to make art to cope with this political madness. I can't focus enough to create something from scratch, so I got myself this rad new 100 page scrapbook to start scrapbooking our wedding. The memories invoke an involuntary hope & joy in me, and I am forever greatful for Robin, for that. 🥰
