Connor McDavid is fascinating to watch on ice. In spite of the Oilers' 6-3 loss to the Dallas Stars.

Not a Leafs fan. Watching the 2025 NHL Playoffs has been a wonderful pasttime, though quite a surprise in the lack of fight the Leafs put up on Sunday night.

For people, professionals, and players. I relate the final 5% requiring the same effort given to the first 95% to 2 NHL playoff games.

I am stuck in the Game 7 moments when the Jets tied the score to go into OT against the Blues. You can't relent in any effort, whether you are defending your lead, or trying to catch up. The lesson is unforgettable.

I still get goosebumps thinking about the Winnipeg Jets tying the score in Game 7 before heading into OT. This Jets' resurrection in the last 2 minutes and reversing the Blues' fortunes is one to remember for a long time.

Tonight’s Game 7 between the Winnipeg Jets and the St. Louis Blues wasn’t just a hockey game. It was a lesson in heart.

The ice has become a meeting place for cultures around the world.

I am in awe of Josh Anderson and Tim Wilson's courteous hand-shake when the Montreal Canadiens lost in their do-or-die game on Wednesday, April 30. This could work in the rest of the world... or that too idealistic?

Every morning, I wake up excited to do five simple things:
1) Wash my face.
2) Exercise for 30 minutes—usually BODYPUMP, mat Pilates, or a walk.
3) Eat my “executive breakfast.”
4) Write for up to an hour.
5) Hang out with my husband and kids.
Each fills my cup. Here's how:

Been thinking about how the Montreal Canadiens taught me more about showing up at work than any career book ever did.
Grit, awareness, and owning your role—on the ice and in the office.
Wrote about it here.

I'm not disappointed in today's Game 2 loss against the Washington Capitals. I'm not thrilled that the Montreal Canadiens made Logan Thompson look like the best goaltender. Onto Friday at Bell Centre! 💙❤️🏒
