Sorry to hear that youre suffering. This time of year doesn't help. However what worked for me was cutting back hard on dairy, especially cheese, and avoiding anything with lanolin in it. Lots of creams/moisturisers use it (E913). Experimenting with finding what triggers a flare up really helped.

Saw a few in Oregon this summer, and they're just as fugly as you'd expect. Especially the one in the right orange vinyl wrap...
