My knees were a big problem before I lost the weight. I have injured them through dislocations many times.

So, I started with biking. Low impact. Now, I have been doing weight training and they are sooooo much better.

This will pay off for you! You'll feel better and better!

Nice work!!!

I was at 320 lbs at my heaviest. It took years, but I got down to 173 lbs at my lowest, and have been working out and building muscle and am at 190 lbs now.

You have got this! Remember, this is a permanent change, not a diet. There is no end, just permanent changes.
