Photos of the Beyond Words class a couple of weeks ago, a combination of a modified body scan, life-sized body mapping, and multi-media. Focus was placed opening to what showed up, titration & pendulation to let it be there, & making a 3-d model of what showed up when we positively resourced.

I don't know about you, but I have been feeling the stress of these emotionally volatile times! I'm thinking about creating a group to support clinicians - a drop in meditation and expressive arts group/community that meets bi weekly or monthly. Would anyone be interested in something like that?
