Fixed the ceiling snag.
Also got different exit orientation flavours now - here I've flipped her on ceiling exit - atm not sure what I'll settle on. Should probably be first thing in = first thing out, but annoyingly that's not always 'best' from gameplay perspective.

This is where Ctrl Alt Ego is at: active ragdolls, inverse kinematics, portals. Painful. It's already fun to play around with though.
