Emmet Major, Planet Youth Coordinator, will highlight what the data in the Planet Youth surveys are telling us about the issue of sleep and will detail some of the supports available to parents in the region. Parents will leave with reassurance, tangible tools, and the opportunity to have their questions answered. Parents can submit questions on the night through a Q&A chat feature, or ahead of time by emailing Emmet Major at info@planetyouth.ie. All questions will be treated confidentially, and names will be altered for further anonymity.

Two routes or 8km and 5km are available, designed for all ages, levels of fitness, and access for families with buggies.

Registration takes place at Lahardane Community Centre (F26 KH64) from 9.30am and the walks depart at 10am.
