I did not know there was a word limit. My description fits but admittedly is not everything, of course not, and there is no moral obligation in terms of my story and the message about mental health. I think you like Stoicism alot, and that is fine.

You are criticizing some different story I did not write. I praise Stoicism some, then locate it and Optimization at two ends of the mental health spectrum. I counsel people in mental health not to do something just because it is popular.

I mention virtue enough, because I am not a believer and not trying to convince others to be Stoics. Resilience is a fundamental part of Stoicism and even virtue. Without the idea of resilience, there might be no Stoicism at all. Moral wisdom is partly taking trails and turning them into lessons.

Hi there. I am not an expert like I said, but I tend not to write about stuff I don't know. I would not describe my story as unfortunate, and I am glad you agree with my criticisms.
