I live in the Yukon, and we've just come through a brutal cold snap that lasted 3 weeks with temperatures between -35 and -40, so every single bit of water in the entire territory is frozen solid!! We do, however, have 64 cms of snow already, so we can polar plunge into that!

Well, to be honest, the US's reputation was not all that hot before Trump, but now it positively in the toilet. The rest of the world has been fed the fuck up with the with arrogance of the US for years. But Trump is quite the reckoning...

Exactly. Trump is the result of the US culture, not the cause of it. I'm hopeful that this time will lead to a new US - one built on equality, on compassion and wisdom, instead of fear and greed and worship of money. You have to see the rot to be able to cut it out, and boy are you seeing it now!

We have lots of foxes here in the Yukon, northern Canada, and we just love them. They are like everyone's beloved pets, sometimes cheeky, always fluffy and cheerful and beautiful. We see them all the time and yet still excited when another appears.

At least they are now both free of life on Earth these days, and have found peace on the other side. Kinda jealous of that part, tbh...
