I saw a post by Dr Adam and he said to take Mometasone nasal spray a week before your symptoms usually start and it will stop the hay fever. I’ve done it now for the past 3 years and it works! Get it on prescription.

I use the skin rocks retinol and I think it’s brilliant. My friend does the skin+me one and that builds up your dose, which suits her as she’s more sensitive.
