These are subsidised university meals in Finland and similar to what I saw offered in schools with the plate approach (1/2 fresh, 1/4 carbs, 1/4 protein).
My classmate loved this food so much she joked she wanted the canteen to cater her wedding.

Oh no I didn't realise they were removing the indomitable Professors Linda Tuhiwai Smith, Tom Roa and Rawinia Higgins 😩 The Tribunal and country will be worse for it

Before Christmas overwhelms us and we move into a new year, I want to acknowledge the existence and passing of our beloved tiny baby Poppy 22/11/24. She was very unwell and we lost her halfway through pregnancy. It's been an agonising few months, but we are blessed to be wrapped in love & support ❤️
