Adventures: straight off the pillow with not bad tension; yanked apart to simulate age; between the two antique laces I’m trying to ‘match’. I’m probably going to paint on some fake tarnish to age it more but I’m really pleased with how well this has worked.

at least I had my new Emma silks arrive today!! I didn’t have enough yellows or blues for the flowers so this is a broader palette (in the pic the new ones are mixed in with what I already had…)
