I agree. Something happened to this young man and obviously he has to pay for what he’s done if found guilty. But I believe he deserves the opportunity for parole after serving whatever sentence he is given if any.

I am fused c3-4,4-5,5-6. I’ve lived with debilitating neck pain for 20 yrs. (doing much better now) It truly breaks my heart to think of what this young man has done to his life as well as putting himself in a place that will only exacerbate his problem. The mental side of pain is grossly overlooked
