I was trained in grad school to use “electronic absorption” and I’ve been using it ever since (also doesn’t require defining the abbreviation). What happens if you also have a near-IR transition? UV-Vis-NIR?

I read it as no new awards in FY26, but they are still obligated to funds FY24/25 awardees.
